Silvina moved to Granby in 1998, when she traveled from Argentina to work at Snow Mountain Ranch for one winter. She fell in love with the area (and her husband!) and has called Grand County home ever since! Silvina joined MFC in November of 2023 as a Front Desk and Food Pantry Associate. Silvina’s previous experience as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher is utilized on a daily basis at Mountain Family Center, where she is able to translate and interpret and help our Spanish-Speaking clients feel more welcome and comfortable. Silvina enjoys working at MFC because of the team-minded atmosphere and the variety of responsive programs and services offered.
In her free time, Silvina can often be found outdoors, in nature. She loves cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
